Frank Heidinger, Vice President, Operations Management, BOND Mechanical

Frank serves as Vice President of Operations for BOND Mechanical Construction. His responsibilities include all aspects of construction management, including strategic planning, business development, labor relations, contract administration, cost control and assuring that company goals are met with the highest degree of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Beyond his duties as a company officer, Frank is an active leader in the mechanical construction industry. He has served as executive vice president of the Mechanical Contractors Association of New York, trustee of the Steamfitters Industry Education Fund, member of the Trade Board, and chairman and instructor of the Foreman Training Program. He is also a member of the Safety Committee for the Building Trades Employers Association of New York.

A life-long learner, Frank studied at the City University of New York, is a graduate of Steamfitters Local 638 Apprenticeship Program, the U.S. Army Military Police Academy and the Advanced Leadership Institute at the Babson School of Executive Education. Frank is a Master HVACR Contractor in the State of New Jersey and a licensed Site Safety Manager in the City of New York.

With over 40 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry, Frank has earned the respect of management and unionized labor throughout the region.

Beyond Bond

Outside of his busy professional life, Frank enjoys spending time with his partner Marjorie and their family (especially grandchildren Daisy May and Nathaniel) and friends at their Adirondack camp where they’ve recently retired their motorcycle in favor of a canoe. Other interests include golf, an occasional opera at the Met and European travel.
